Charles has over thirty (30) years experience in public accounting. He joined his father's firm directly upon graduating from LaSalle University. Charles has broad experience in the areas of trust, estate and financial planning and works closely with the legal community to ensure the preservation of his clients' wealth. He has guided many highly successful family owned businesses through the complex, albeit sensitive, maze of succession planning. His client base includes a breadth of physician and dental practices, as well as manufacturing and service entities. Currently Charles serves on the Pennsylvania Advisory Board of TD Bank North where he lends his years of experience in the business community to assist them in their effort to grow the MidAtlantic banking market. Additionally, Charles is a member of the Executive Board of the Sisters of St. Josephs which serves over 700 retired and active Sisters. He provides insight into today's complicated financial markets as the board strives to secure funding and grow the current investments that will provide for the current and future needs of this religious order.

Charles is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of both LaSalle University and LaSalle High School.

David has over twenty (25) years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a dedicated professional whose extensive experience is an integral resource in guiding his clients to profit maximization while supporting and encouraging their entrepreneurial spirit. David's wide range of experience encompasses the construction industry, manufacturing, service, casino and retail organizations. David's analytical expertise is frequently called upon by his clients to meet the demands of the fast paced environment that his clients function in. As an expert witness in litigation support matters, David calls upon his extensive background in forensic accounting. He heads up our firm's niche in the area of restaurant accounting/consulting, having the hands on knowledge that comes with being a key investor in a 250 seat full-service restaurant.

David frequently advises real estate investors and developers, utilizing his many years of experience in this area. His knowledge gained through personally developing residential properties at the Jersey shore and developing both commercial and residential properties in the Philadelphia suburbs allows both his expertise and his established financial and legal networks to structure the best deals for his clients.

Currently David is serving as the treasurer of the Flourtown Business Association. He is also a member of the Privy Council for the National Museum of American Illustration in Newport, Rhode Island and has contributed many hours to both Ambler's Main Street Association and the Ambler Ambulance Association.

David is a graduate of Philadelphia University, (formerly The Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science). He was one of the youngest people to have been licensed as a CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Nancy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her career with the national accounting firm of Deloitte Touche. Nancy specializes in small businesses, assisting entrepreneurs with financial accounting and tax issues. Joining Breznicky Associates in 1995, she is now a manager. She offers personalized business services and values the strong relationships that naturally develop from her long term commitment to her client's financial health. Nancy works closely with our restaurant clients, developing and utilizing many financial models to ensure the highest level of profitability within an industry that operates on very tight margins.

Nancy participates quarterly in the Wealth Building Seminars presented by Skilled Nursing , Inc., a firm that serves the medical community by providing Independent Nurse Contractors to highly accredited hospital facilities. She is also the newly Elected Treasurer of the Ambler Main Street, a non profit organization dedicated to the business development of downtown Ambler.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jenna represents the third (3rd) generation of Breznicky's to join the firm and practice in the field of professional accounting. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a 4.0 GPA in accounting. She worked under the guidance of her father, David Breznicky, through college and is now developing her own client base. Jenna's experience with business valuations and financial analysis offers our clients the state of the art models to guide them through the complex world of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Jenna works closely with several service entities, as well as, playing an integral part in the firm's niche of restaurant accounting.
